Our founder grew up on the Mornington Peninsula. She knows which cellar door creates the right atmosphere for a leadership conversation, which coastal walk resets a team after a difficult session, and which chef will make a boardroom dinner feel like a memory.
That same quiet discipline carried our founder to the finish line of the 2025 Hawaii Marathon, and it shows in how we work: methodical, thorough, and completely committed to the outcome. Peninsula Executive Retreats was born from that knowledge, and from a conviction that this region deserves to be on the map for serious executive thinking.
