Peninsula Executive Retreats is a specialist corporate retreat curation and management company. We design and manage board retreats, leadership days, team offsites, and executive experiences on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria — fully managed, end to end, one hour from Melbourne.
We are not a venue. We are a full-service retreat design and logistics partner that curates the best venues, facilitators, experiences, and programming across the Peninsula — from Red Hill wine country to the Mornington coastline.
