Founded in 1985 by teacher-turned-winemaker Lindsay McCall, Paringa Estate has become one of the Peninsula's most celebrated producers. The restaurant, opened in 1999 next to the winery on Paringa Road, is a place of light and energy — full-length windows frame the home vineyard curling around the amphitheatre-like slopes of Red Hill, with dynamic views of the winery and kitchen at work. Fine dining (Wed–Sun lunch, Sat dinner) and garden dining are available, with group bookings by enquiry. Group bookings should be confirmed with the estate.

Kooyong and Port Phillip Estate share a spectacular architectural landmark at 263 Red Hill Road, Red Hill South. Portsea Estate sits on the century-old Tintagel property at the very tip of the Mornington Peninsula, overlooking Bass Strait. Owned and operated by the Ross family since 1956, the vineyard produces cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from free-draining limestone-rich soils. Visits are strictly by appointment only for groups of 4–12, with guided estate tours and seated tastings available. The intimate scale and remote setting make it one of the most exclusive winery experiences on the Peninsula.
